Original era manufacture. This is a "married set" featuring an Imperial era blade, mated to a WWII era bayonet scabbard, with a WWII K98 bayonet frog and troddel. The blade measures 10 inches in length, polished steel with the double head WKC trademark. No issues, just light age and wear. Blue steel finished guard, ferrule and pommel cap with a real staghorn grip. WWI era blue steel bayonet scabbard which retains most of it's original finish, but doesn't quite fit the blade, leaving a 5 mm gap between the guard and throat. Very nice WWII S98/05 bayonet frog with aluminum rivets, and wrapped around the waist is an original bayonet troddel for the 14th Company. Very clean overall.
