Original era mailing. Two page letter with original envelope, mailed on 22 June 1941 (date of the beginning of Operation Barbarossa). Clear red eagle inkstamp on the lower left corner, and another inkstamp in the upper right. Mailed to a young woman (Fraulein). FP 24900, was assigned in 1940 to Artillery Rgt 65, 4th Battery.
