Original era manufacture. Officers pattern, privately made (perhaps by a company tailor) cotton summer weight tunic.Cotton feldgrau coloredmaterial which has faded to a light gray color, showing distinct color contrasts underneath the pocket flaps and elsewhere. French cuffs, green wool collar and cuffs with NCO braid. Resewn waffenrock eagle showing the fade outline of the original eagle below the stitchline. Pebble grain feldgrau colored buttons held in place by split rings. Size about a 36. Shows some fabric separation under the left arm, normal age and wear and is quite clean.
