Original period manufacture. Chrome finished 10 inch blade with a deeply struck makers mark on the ricasso of Gustav Spitzer  Solingen. The blade is clean, no corrosion damage just light typical wear. Polished steel guard and pommel showing some age staining to the surfaces. Sound black plastic grips, with evidence of a Police eagle once being installed on the obverse grip plate. Dent free black painted scabbard with scattered flaking to the painted surface, sound black leather frog, overall normal wear and use.
