Original period manufacture. A very clean 8 inch chromed steel blade with the church logo of Carl Schmidt of Solingen on the ricasso. Leather washer is in place on the base of the blade, chrome finished guard and pommel, with very sound black plastic grips.The scabbard is dent-free, with a black painted finish, which displays crazing from age and wear. it comes with a very sound black leather frog in excellent condition.
