Original period manufacture. A very clean 7.75 inch chromed steel blade with J.H.W.E. on the ricasso. Leather washer is in place on the base of the blade, chrome finished guard and pommel, with sound black plastic grips.The scabbard is dent-free, with a black painted steel finish with most of that finish remaining intact. The bayonet comes with a black patent leather frog which shows light wear and scuffing. The blade is very nice, bright and clean with no issues.
