Original period manufacture. Women's Frauenschaft badge, Leader level. Enameled obverse with a pinback reverse, RZM marked M1/73. Evidently an Orts level badge with a light blue outline. Convex, no enamel issues, cracks or chips. The staining shown on the photographs was just some surface grime, this has since been cleaned away.
