Original era manufacture. Zinc badge with an even matt gray finish with a fair amount of the original silver wash in the recesses on the obverse.  Intact hinge attaching pin, and catch hook. A maker mark of a small W, can be seen to the left of the hinge. Light age and wear, no issues.
