Original era manufacture. Cast zinc badge which is maker marked on the reverse, 26 (B.H.Mayer,)with a fair amount of gold wash remaining. In addition the alloy attaching pin has retained its gold color as well. Original maroon, hardshell cardboard case with an imitation velvet mounting pad. The hinge is sound as are the case edges. Just some nicks and scrapes from age and wear.
