German WWII Ground Rohm SA Enlisted Dagger, EPack Sohne

Original era manufacture. Early quality dagger with nickel fittings and a brown scabbard finish. The blade shows light age staining and runner wear with lots of original cross grain polish on the surface. On the reverse of the blade the Rohm inscription has been completely removed but done in a clean fashion. In their zeal to obliterate the now offensive presentation a portion of the E.Pack logo was removed as well. Nice wood grips showing normal age but without cracks or chips. Sound steel body with traces of the original lacquer visible, the upper and lower fittings have not been cleaned in a long time, all screws are present and the ball tip is slightly dented. Attached to the suspension ring is a rather well worn original leather hanger.
