Original era manufacture. A very sound, black leather hard shell holster with sound stitching and markings on its reverse. What is visible is a  P-38, and a makers code and date of bml 1943.Nice luster to the leather finish, with light marring from service use, it is not crushed or flattened, and no dry rot.
