Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following;hardwood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt andflat butt plate.Near matching, only the band spring is different displaying only an S/42 code with no serial number. All other components displaying a serial number show 9547, or 47, with a waffenamt code of 4. Some of the components also show the letter B.There is an arsenal dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess, clear eagle proofs and letter H on the stock face. The stock displays normal age and wear with a good color and no cracks or chips in the wood. Renumbered buttplate as is the norm with these Norwegian stocks.
