Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following;hardwood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt andflat butt plate.Near matching, only the band spring is different, all other components displaying a serial number show500, or 00, with a waffenamt code of WaA65, and, miracles of miracles, the butt plate has not been renumbered.No dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess, clearish eagle proofs and letter H on the stock face, indicating Army issue.
