Original era photography. Patriotic cover, containing 137 pre-war period photographs and postcards, detailing a soldiers service in Artillery Regiment 103. Good shots of vehicles and soldiers, with three of Hitler during a military parade. Many of the images in the first part of the album are identified. The 103rd Artillery served with the 4th Panzer Division seeing combat in Poland, Holland and France until assigned to Army Group Center during the invasion of Russia. Trapped in the Courland Pocket in 1945, they were evacuated and ended the war during the Battle for Berlin.
