German WWII Heer Regimental Fanfare Trumpet Banner, Artillery Unit?

Original era manufacture. Ornate double sided banner which measures roughly 17 x 19 inches. Overall it displays considerable age and wear but presents well with a great vintage patina to it. Wear to the wire fringe along three sides, four brown leather suspension loops at the top, one of which is broken, but all of the securing buttons remain. Fraying to the silk material at the top of the white side. Wonderful Heer pattern eagle on one side, backed in red perhaps indicating an artillery unit, the reverse has an ornate state or city coat of arms. I'm sure the coat of arms can be identified which may allow the regimental number to be determined.
