Original period manufacture Standard pattern HJ knife with a Blut und Ehre motto on the obverse side of the blade, and a large E. Pack & Sohns logo on the reverse. The blade shows evidence of an old cleaning, which blurs the motton and RZM markings, yet remains bright overall. The grips are nice as is the HJ diamond. Plated pommel and guard with a touch of bubbling to the surface of the pommel. Black painted steel scabbard which retains about 80% of its original finish, with a shallow dent on the reverse. Intact and undamaged black leather belt loop with pommel strap.
