Original era manufacture. This is an interesting variant of this popular little knife. Maker marked with the Ed Wusthof on the ricasso. The blade shows a mix of age graying and staining, with very clear markings and a faint Blut und Ehre motto. The grips are sound with an undamaged HJ diamond, finish wear on the back side of the pommel. The scabbard is free of dents and also nearly free of any of its original black paint finish. The leather belt loop is intact but the pommel strap is missing the end piece.
