Original period manufacture. Standard pattern HJ knife with a non-motto blade, ED Wusthof & RZM M7/12 1939 trademark on the reverse of the blade.The blade is very clean, no pitting, with some light scratching to its surface, with lots of original cross-grain polish remaining.Chromed metal guard and pommel with minimal surface wear from the pommel strap and no surface corrosion. Nice black plastic grips with a clean HJ diamond, no chips, but there is a very small, hair-line fracture in the white portion of the enamel.Dent free steel scabbard with a black leather belt loop and pommel strap, old repaint to the scabbard body.
