Original era manufacture. Doeskin wool infantry officers hat, complete with proper chinstrap and metal insignia. Pale yellow silk lining with an intact sweatshield bearing the makers name PEKURO. Considerable age and wear to the sweat band with missing sections as shown. The visor has been restitched in a haphazard manor, but does it's job regardless. Single, repaired moth bite, on the top just behind the peak, the hat retains it's proper form and displays nicely.
