Original era manufacture. Magnetic center EK1 with most of its finish remaining on the core. Maker marked L/11 below the catch, traces of the original plating remain on the frame edges.At the time of our purchase, this cross was exceedingly grimy, there was light surface rust staining the iron core, and the edge frame was black and filthy. After an overnight soak in Hoppes gun solvent, much of the grime and staining went away. No attempt was made to polish or buff the cross.
