Original era manufacture. Standard Wehrmacht service bayonet of WWII, E. Pack & Son made blade, dated 38 on the spine, and a 4444b markedricasso. The blade is clean, unsharpened, with some light surface pitting near the tip. Dark plum bakelite grips in good repair, with a mix of steel patina finish and blue on the guard and pommel. Dent-free blue finish scabbard with its throat screw present, maker marked W.K.C. and dated 1940. Marring and denting to the flashguard.
