Original era manufacture. Standard Wehrmacht service bayonet of WWII, Coppel mfg, serial number 8013 marked ricasso. The blade is unsharpened, with most finish remaining, light surface corrosion staining on each side. Dark plum bakelite grips in good repair, with a mix of steel patina finish and blue on the guard and pommel, with a dusting of surface corrosion.Minor denting to the blue finish scabbard with its throat screw present, maker marked Coppel. Marring and denting to the flashguard.
