Original era manufacture.  Standard leather K98 rifle sling which is complete with its stock tab, adjusting buckle and small leather loop slide. This is one of a number of WWII slings that we have just received from our friend in Norway. The leather is very pliable, showing typical age and wear but no damage. The adjusting buckle has a black overpaint with the makers letters L&F visible beneath. The small leather covering on the bottom of the buckle shows wear and fraying.
