Original era manufacture. Standard brown leather K98 rifle sling which is complete with the stock tab, small leather loop but missing the leather pad under the adjusting buckle. The strap is dark brown in color with afaint checkered pattern to one side, on the underside of the stock tab is a tiny Waffenamt proof and L&F stamped on the top of the adjusting buckle. Normal age and wear overall.
