Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following: hardwood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt andflat butt plate. Mix of serial numbers to be seen.Norwegian renumbered butt plate as usual.The stock is very clean with a nice color, with a dowel reinforcement in the bolt recess, and fairly clear waffenamts and letterM on the stock face, denoting Navy issue. There is also a Baltic Sea (Ostsea)property number stamped into the left side stock disc. Normal handling and wear, rare Kriegsmarine marked stock.
