Original period manufacture. Standard WWII era 2nd model Navy dagger made by WKC. Typical etched blade with the WKC logo on the ricasso. No corrosion issues to report but I believe the blade has had a light cleaning, sharp point. Gilded brass guard and eagle pommel, nice grip with original wire binding. Gilded brass scabbard with a few very shallow dents, no taxi door bangers. I believe the scabbard throat screws are replacements, and the lock mechanism no longer operates but the catch remains. Clean dagger overall.
