Original era manufacture. A very well made time measuring device in a heavy casing. Wound like a watch, with a slide on the bottom, which when moved, opens or closes the aperture. Marked Zielhohe on the edge, with a measure marking.The reverse of the case is of black bakelite, clearly marked with a German eagle and letter M for Marine (Navy). Serial number Nr 1079.It is operated by depressing the watch stem which sets the needle in motion, click it again, and the needle stops, once more and it returns to its original position.
