Original era publication. An advertising card of sorts, for the Still Diesel engine.  The training ship Horst Wessel, was one of the ultimate souvenirs from WWII, as she is still afloat, renamed the USCGC Eagle, and used as a training ship for officer cadets of the US Coast Guard.
