Original era manufacture. A laminate wood K98 stock which is complete with the following; laminate stock, matching hand guard, upper and lower barrel bands, band spring, bayonet lug, recoil bolt and cupped butt plate.The serial number 5659 appears on both barrel bands, stock barrel channel and hand guard, the remaining components are not marked. The butt plate has a Norwegian applied serial number 89743. Faint letter H and waffenamt eagles on the stock face. No dowel reinforcement, in the bolt handle recess, sound original stock displaying typical service wear and use.
