Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following, laminate wood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and cupped buttplate. The serial number 4114 appears on the stock, both barrel bands, bayonet lug and buttplate which has also been renumbered by the Norwegians. Fairly clear waffenamt proofs and letter H on the stock face. No dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess. Clean stock with good color showing normal age and wear.
