Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following; laminate stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and flat butt plate. Nearly matching, including the band spring, with all other components, upper & lower bands, handguard and stock channel display the serial number 9198. The butt plate displays a different number, which has been struck-out and renumbered by Norway. The only waffenamt code visible is 214.The stock displays normal age and wear with a good color and no cracks or chips in the wood. With an arsenal dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess. Renumbered buttplate as is the norm with these Norwegian stocks.
