Original WWII era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following; laminate wood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and cupped buttplate. No reinforcement, matching numbers 9644 in the stock channel, handguard and both barrel bands, the other components are unmarked. The Norwegian renumbered buttplate shows a code of bpr. Light surface corrosion on the buttplate in spots, some marring to the stock on the right side near the recoil lug. Nice color, no waffeamts visible save for a 1 on both barrel bands.
