Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock complete with the following; Laminate wood stock, upper handguard, bayonet lug, upper & lower barrel bands, barrel band spring, recoil bolt and flat buttplate. Matching serial numbers 3283 including the band spring. Waffenamt code 214. The stock is clean, no dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess. Fairly clear proofs on the right side stock face including the letter H for Heer (Army). On the left side stock disc a Navy property number can be seen, O.(Baltic Sea)19582. Norwegian renumbered butt plate with the original serial number struck-out. Very nice stock with good color.
