Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following: laminated wood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and cupped buttplate. The stock is very clean, with a golden brown color. Mismatched serial numbers and waffenamt proofs.There are three dowel reinforcements, one through the bolt handle recess, and two through the wrist on the right side of the stock. On the right side stock face is a white stenciled number, likely Norwegian installed.
