Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following;laminated stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt andflat butt plate.Near matching,the upper handguard, and buttplate are different, all other components (including the band spring)display a serial number show 784, or 84, with a waffenamt code of 77. No arsenal dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess, clearish eagle proofs and letter H on the stock face. The stock displays normal age and wear with a good color and no cracks or chips in the wood. Renumbered buttplate as is the norm with these Norwegian stocks.
