Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following; laminate wood stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and flat butt plate. The stock is sound, with good color and dark blue finish to the metal fittings. Mix of serial numbers throughout, no dowel reinforcement visible, butt plate renumbered by Norway. On the left side of the stock face is a white adhesive tag, no idea what it's purpose was, but it has been on there for a long time. Mix of serial numbers and waffenamt proofs throughout.
