Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock complete with the following; Laminated wood stock, upper handguard, bayonet lug, upper & lower barrel bands, barrel band spring, recoil bolt and flat buttplate. All components display an identical serial number of 5353, with a waffenamt code of 214. Norwegian renumbered buttplate. A white paint rack number has been stenciled on the right butt face, should clean off fairly easily with acetone or Goof-Off. Nice blue finish to the metal fittings, small size stock disc and the wood appears to have a light coat of varnish applied to it in the past.Clean and solid example.
