Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock complete with the following; laminate stock, upper handguard, bayonet lug, upper & lower barrel bands, barrel band spring, recoil bolt and flat buttplate. All components displaying a serial number match except for the band spring, serial number 4462, all compenents displaying a waffenamt proof match WaA214. The stock is very clean with clear Lufwaffe L on the right butt face. There is an arsenal dowel repair through the bolt handle recess and a total of seven dowel repairs on the wrist, two on the side and five on top. Nice golden brown color to the wood and overall quite clean. Norwegian renumbered butt plate as usual.
