Original era manufacture. Cotton embroidery on feldgrau backing, fraying, and loose threads around the edges from being cut from a hat.This example formed part of a large assortment of uniform/hat removed cloth insignia  brought home from WWII by a US Army veteran. We will be listing additional examples of these on our site over the coming weeks as time permits.
