Original era manufacture. Standard Civil pattern fire/police helmet with an aluminum comb on its crown. The police decals have been blackened over and a Luftschutz decal installed at front. Complete original leather liner with two tabs in the rear for attaching a neckguard, the other tab is missing. Chinstrap removed. Normal age and wear, all original rivets are in place and are secure. Unusual helmet.
