Original era manufacture. A complete example with near new aluminum fittings and swastika gilding. The blade is very clean, lots of original polish with some scattered areas of graying and clouding from age. The grip leather is basically sound, showing some light surface scuffing, the triple wire binding is intact. The scabbard leather is OK, there is a portion missing on the rear of the scabbard, however the dark metal patina makes it not stand out too much. There is also some discoloration to portions of the leather surface. All of the fitting screws are present.
