Original era manufacture. Standard pattern 1st model dagger with alloy fittings and a very clean blade by Weyersberg. The blade is bright and clean with a Luftwaffe proof just below the Weyersberg logo. Dark patina to the metal fittings with a nice contrast showing on the mobile swastikas to their respective backgrounds. The leather covered scabbard shows some breaks and cracking in its leather surface but no portions of it are missing. There is some minor scuffing and wear to the surface of the grip but the wire binding is intact. Fraying to the silver wire knot.
