Original era manufacture. Black bakelite casing with a luminous dial. Lots of markings on the reverse with a manufacture date of 7/37 and a wartime inspection date of 1.42. Part of the luminous coating on the needle has fallen off and is loose inside the frame. Rated for 500 KPH.
