Original era manufacture. Luftwaffe blue wool cap with original insignia throughout. The hat shows typical amount of soldier wear but no moth issues to report. Standard gray cotton lining with the markings worn away. At some point in its life the eagle was replaced with a droop-tail pattern, being hand stitched in place. Honest original hat from an estate sale in Kentucky.
