Original era manufacture. Cinnamon brown piped enlisted visor hat, made by Ostland, Freiberg, Schlesien in 1939, size marked 57.No moth issues to report, aluminum eagle and wreath, with a bound patent leather visor and matching chinstrapThe orange cotton lining is intact with clear markings, except for the plastic sweatshield which has been removed.Original leather sweatband, still tightly sewn to the body, and displaying wear on the bottom edge, rear of the band. Small glue repair in the right corner area of the visor edge.Sound hat overall, displaying typical age and wear.
