Original era manufacture. Non take-down model with a crossgrain polished blade with the SMF logo and rostfrei on the reverse side. The lock mechanisim allows the blade to drop down, but you have to fiddle a bit with the lock to get the blade to drop back down again. The blade is clean, has not been sharpened with the normal scratches and wear from service use. The wood grips are not cracked or chipped and show light marring and denting from use. The marlin spike operates properlyand is Luftwaffe proofed. Clean example overall.
