Original era manufacture. Non take-down model, with a clear cross-grain polished blade with the SMF logo and rostfrei on the reverse side. The cutting edge has been lightly sharpened, however the outline of the blade is not damaged and the point remains sharp.  The lock mechanisim which allows the blade to drop down, works properly, as does the Luftwaffe marked marlin spike.The wood grips are not cracked or chipped and show light marring and denting from use. A very clean example overall.
