Original period manufacture. Standard pattern M43 hat in wool, with a decided blue cast to the fabric. Original insignia, which has been re-sewn to the front of the cap.Imitation silk lining which is size marked 58, and dated 1944. Two button front, no moth issues, just normal age and wear.
