Original era manufacture. Laminate wood stock with a flat butt plate; includes upper and lower barrel bands, band spring, bayonet lug, upper hand guard, recoil bot, and, as mentioned, a flat butt plate with a Norwegian serial number.Mix of serial numbers and waffenamt proofs throughout, good color to the wood, faint Luftwaffe L on the stock face.There is a clever circular repair in the wood on the left side below the hand guard, and while the stock does not have a dowel reinforcement, it needs one,as the wooden bridge forward of the opening for the trigger has split. Two capital letter "L's" carved into the stock behind the disc repair. Still fine for display, very clean looking.
