Original era manufacture. A very well filled out Wehrpass, unusual for the fact that the owners photo shows him in uniform, usually these photos depict the men in civilian dress. The man entered the service in 1937, with active service notations for France & Russia 1940-1941. Notations for the award of the Eastern Front Medal and Czech Medal with Prague Bar. Shows training with the K98 rifle. His company commanders notation of 4/1/43 states "gefallen" Russland.
